VARIETAL: 75% Chardonnay 25% Pinot Noir.
VINEYARDS: Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level.

 

Tasting Notes


Eye: Golden brilliant color with delicate bubbles.
Nose: Rich tropical fruit aromas with strawberry, citrus and floral notes.
Mouth: It shows notes of fresh fruits in combination with the Pinot Noir fineness and elegance. It offers a soft texture and a nice and persistent final.
Food Pairing: Ideal for Seafood, fish dishes such as salmon and Asiatic.
